The action takes place at a boarding school for wayward girls, where deaths start occurring after the arrival of a new teacher, Dr. Julian Olcott (portrayed by Carl Schell). After the death of Mary Smith (portrayed by Mary McNeeran) her friend Priscilla (Barbara Lass) seeks to find out who the murderer is.
This Italian-Austrian movie was originally known as Lycanthropus when it was released in Europe. The film was directed by Paolo Heusch.

Vincent Price portrays millionaire Frederick Loren, who invites five people to stay the night in a “haunted house.” A prize of $10,000 awaits whoever manages to stay in the house for one night. That’s easier said than done, however, as the guests learn when ghosts and other terrors appear on the scene. It is all very spooky, that’s for sure.
The film was directed by William Castle, and written by Robb White. Cast members include Price, Carolyn Craig, Elisha Cook Jr, Carol Ohmart, Alan Marshal, and Julie Mitchum.
